A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be 100,00 won by fraud to C who is an applicant for compensation, and D who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2013. 6. 26. 청주시 흥덕구 E에 있는 F PC방에서 인터넷 G 사이트 게시판에 게재된 피해자 H의 “지샥시계를 구입하고 싶다”라는 글을 보고 피해자에게 연락하여 “나에게 위 지샥시계가 있으니 70,000원을 입금해주면 내가 위 지샥시계를 배송해주겠다”라는 취지의 거짓말을 하였다.

그러나 사실 피고인은 위 지샥시계를 가지고 있지 않아 피해자로부터 돈을 송금 받더라도 피해자에게 위 지샥시계를 배송해 줄 의사나 능력이 없었다.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 70,000 won from the victim to a new bank account under the I’s name as the price for goods on the same day.

In addition, from June 26, 2013 to September 23, 2013, the Defendant received a total of 5,448,000 won from 52 victims in total over 52 times in the manner described in the attached Table of Crimes, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
