Punishment of the crime

1. However, since there was no property that the defendant secured or no certain monthly income, there was no intention or ability to pay the card price even if the defendant purchased the book on the card.

The Defendant received the No. 1,747,120 won from the victim and paid 199,00 won of the purchase price of the flusium in the AFE shopping on the same day, and did not pay the purchase price. By January 25, 2012, the Defendant paid the amount equivalent to KRW 1,747,120 with the AF card of the victim nine times from January 25, 2012, as shown in the AF list (2).

In this respect, the defendant deceivings the victim, and thereby pecuniary benefits of KRW 1,747,120.
