1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 and its amount are 5% per annum from May 26, 2010 to August 11, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum under Articles 208(3)1 and 257(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2657, Oct. 1, 2015) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) was promulgated on Sept. 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015. Accordingly, in this case, the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2005; from October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim that exceeds the above recognition scope is dismissed (Article 2(2) of the Addenda).
