A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:30 on April 3, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one copy of the Agricultural Credit Card (C) in the name of the injured party B, which was offered by the winners of the names in the name of the owner in the location of Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the laund of the laund site.

On May 25, 201, at around 23:04, the Defendant ordered 101 E general restaurants of 1,000 won on the 1st floor of the Dog Lifetime D Building, to take food, etc., and had employees prepare a sales slip 2,51,310 won by using the same credit card 64 times in total by using the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from around 04:46 on April 4, 2011 to July 23:01, 201, and had employees prepare a sales slip 2,51,310 won, including the following:

Relevant Article 329 of the Criminal Act, the choice of punishment for the crime, Article 329 of the Criminal Act, Article 70 (1) 3 of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act (a point of use of each stolen credit card), Article 347 (1) of each Criminal Act, and the choice of imprisonment with prison labor;
