Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 19, 2014, around 16:30, the Defendant embezzled the property that was occupied by the victim without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one No. ef-mail card in the victim’s name, and returning it to the victim, in front of the “C” restaurant, 1051-3, 4-3, 1051-gil-dong, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and then embezzled the property that was lost by the victim.

2. On September 20, 2014, at around 15:42, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) obtained one copy of the Nong e-mail Card in the name of the Defendant, which was in possession of the Defendant, from the “G” point of view of the victim E’s operation in Macheon-si on September 20, 2014; and (b) presented it to an employee as if the Defendant had a legitimate title; (c) had an employee prepare a sales slip equivalent to KRW 5,000 with both belief and good accounts; and (d) issued and lost a credit card to an employee upon signing the signature of the Defendant; and (d) had the employee pay the above KRW 5,000 from the victim, the Defendant acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the said amount.

3. On September 21, 2014, at around 13:33, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) obtained a copy of the Nong effort Card No. effort Card No. effort in the name of the Defendant, which was previously held at the “J” store of the victim H in Macheon-si on September 21, 2014; (b) presented it to an employee as if the Defendant had a legitimate title; (c) had an employee prepare a credit card sales slip equivalent to KRW 112,50,00 through the clothing payment; and (d) issued and lost a credit card to an employee upon signing the membership signature; and (e) exempted the employee from paying KRW 112,500 from the purchase price of clothing.
