Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:10 on February 28, 2013, the Defendant thefted 4 cash withdrawals at No. 302-57, the No. 302-57, the Han Bank (C) with one credit card (C) located between the victim B.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 13:41 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) presented a stolen credit card sales slip of KRW 44,500 to an employee under his/her name as if he/she was his/her credit card; (b) obtained property equivalent to KRW 44,500, and used a stolen credit card transaction slip of KRW 44,50,00 by deceiving the said employee by arbitrarily signing a sales slip of KRW 44,50, and releasing the payment of goods from the said employee; and (c) obtained property equivalent to KRW 44,500 by removing the payment of goods from the said employee.

B. At around 14:19 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) presented the victim’s “I restaurant” operated by the victim H in Seoul Jung-gu G; (b) presented the stolen credit card number B, as indicated in paragraph (1), to the victim as if he was the one’s credit card holder; (c) voluntarily signed the two copies of the credit card sales slip of KRW 56,000 in total amount; (d) induced the victim; and (e) used the stolen credit card to acquire property worth KRW 56,000 by deceiving the victim from paying the food amount from the victim; and (e) used the stolen credit card.

C. At around 15:45 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took a taxi from the street in front of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu to the front day of the Gu Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the upper end of the street, and presented the stolen B credit card as indicated in paragraph (1) to the victim as if he was his credit card; and (b) caused the victim to prepare a sales slip for the credit card sales slip of KRW 2,400, which was issued by him.
