A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 26, 2011, around 01:47, the Defendant discovered and stolen a stolen wall containing the victim’s resident registration certificate, driver’s license, and other identification cards owned by the victim D, who was using a computer in the Young-gun Cpia, Young-gun, Young-gun, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) discovered and stolen a stolen wall containing the victim’s resident registration certificate, driver’s license, and other identification cards; (b) a new fluenc credit card; (c) one fluent cash card; and (d) KRW
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud: (a) around 02:06 on August 26, 201, at the F convenience store operated by the victim’s name in Franpo City E, demanding the calculation of the price by purchasing DNA tobacco from the victim’s name in Franpo City; and (b) presented the new BC credit card completion of the D’s possession, which was stolen to an employee as if he was a legitimate holder, and its employees were used by having the employee prepare sales slips of KRW 21,000, namely, from tin to 21,000; and (c) received stolen debit cards by deceiving the employee.
3. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On September 23, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had a stolen driver’s license as stated in paragraph (1) of the said Article; (b) had the intent to open a bank account in the name of D in order to obtain a loan under the name of D; (c) on September 23, 201, the Defendant stated the name, resident registration number, address, etc. of D in the transaction application kept at the Dogpo Nong Agricultural Branch located in Dogpo-si, 850-1; (d) signed the name of D at will in the seal and signature column. Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the transaction application in the name of D, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising the said right and obligation; and (e) exercised the forged transaction application at the date and place specified in paragraph (1) of the said Article, as if it was a document that had been duly formed.
