A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 이후 지원 출동한 같은 지구대 소속 경위 K이 피고인에게 사건 경위를 파악하려고 하자, 피고인은 “ 야 이 시발 놈 아, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데 그러 노. 시발 새끼들, 경찰이 뭔 데 지랄 하노. 내가 뭘 잘못 했노. ”라고 욕설을 하면서 갑자기 양손으로 K의 가슴을 밀어 바닥에 넘어뜨려 K의 무릎을 바닥에 부딪치도록 하여 폭행하였다.
