Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 모욕 피고인은 제1.항 기재 일시, 장소에서 위 F 편의점 주인인 I 및 손님 4명이 지켜보는 가운데 제1.항 기재 경찰관인 피해자 H에게 “너 같은 새끼나 가 씹새끼야, 한판붙자 씨팔놈아”라고 말하고, 계속하여 2013. 6. 14. 16:00경 제1.항 기재 범죄사실로 현행범 체포되어 대전둔산경찰서 G지구대에 인치되자 위 지구대 소속 경찰관 7명과 J 등 학교지킴이 봉사자 3명이 있는 자리에서 피해자 H에게 “야 씨팔놈아, 새끼야 네 에미 보지 개새끼야 불러 개새끼야 네 에미 보지 빨어 씹새끼야, 내가 씨팔 뭘 잘못했어 씨부랄 것들아, 나한테 좆같이 하는데 두고 보자고 내가 어떤 새끼인가”라고 하여 욕설하고, 위 지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 K에게 “야 씨팔놈아 이리와 봐, 네 마누라 보지나 빨아라 씨팔놈아”라고 큰 소리로 말하였다.
