The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.
Reasons
1. On June 2014, the Defendant presented a “application for Soleh subscription” in the name of the customer to the “E” operated by E Company, which is a KT Agent in the 6th A-40th floor A-9 of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City building, and sold a mobile phone to the customer.
A. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document with the intent to open a new mobile phone in the name of F and sell it using a new mobile phone in the name of F on the ground that he/she obtained a photograph of his/her resident registration certificate from a mobile phone sales store prior to the foregoing “D” mobile phone sales store, and forged a document stating “F”, “G”, “G”, “W”, “F”, “F” in the name of the customer, and “F” in the name of F on the face of the “W”, and “F” on the face of the “E”, and then signed by F on the name of F on the back to the name of F.
B. The Defendant exercised the aforementioned investigation document by presenting to I two copies of the application form for mobile phone subscription in the above F’s “E” agency at the time of the time indicated in the paragraph (a) as above, the Defendant presented the forged F’s “E” statement to I.
