Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

The four (No. 1), and the IP Tim-ownership period, which have been seized, are four (No. 1).

Punishment of the crime

No person who is in violation of the Telecommunications Business Act through another person’s communications intermediary by the Defendants may intermediate another person’s communications or provide it for another person’s communications through telecommunications services provided by the telecommunications business operator.

Nevertheless, from May 12, 2020 to May 15, 2020, Defendant A installed telecommunications equipment delivered through E from May 15, 2020 to July 3, 2020 in the military telecom, the mutual incompeting telecom, the mutual incompeting telecom, the Defendant A’s low-speed telecomcing telecomcing telecomcing telecomcing telecomcing telecomcing, and the Defendant A’s personnel in the name-free telecomcing telecomcing telecomcing telecomcing machine.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with non-name assistance officers, mediated another person's communication or provided it for another person's communication through telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators.

2. A person who intends to operate a common telecommunications business shall register with the Minister of Science and ICT after preparing financial and technical capabilities, plans to protect users, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, without registering with the Minister of Science and ICT, Defendant A from May 12, 2020 to Defendant B from May 15, 2020 to July 3, 2020 to install communication equipment provided through E by each of the instant employees from around May 15, 202 to around July 3, 2020, and then Defendant B made a phone call to many unspecified persons in China, etc.

As in the same paragraph, the telecommunications business was operated to convert the phone number from the communication equipment and connect it to the domestic mobile communications phone.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the employees in charge of singinging the name and the Minister of Science and ICT to operate a common telecommunications business.
