A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The name impaired person misrepresented with the investigative agency, etc. to transfer money to the victim, and provided the victims with the so-called "walphishing" fraud staff who acquired money through the Internet in China; the victims' cell phone number is indicated as international telephone, Internet telephone number, and the victim's cell phone number is indicated as the victim's cell phone number when the victims were not phoneed, or when the phone number is indicated as a mobile phone number due to suspicion of scam, and the phone number is indicated as a mobile phone number, and operated a relay station in Korea using the fact that the phone number is indicated as a mobile phone number without any doubt; the defendant entered Korea and operated a relay station; the defendant entered Korea and provided a number of core depths (domestic mobile phone I: mobile phone identification number) (GTWAY) and notified the users of the method of use; and the above defendant received and relay the phone by inserting it.

1. No one may intermediate another's communications or provide it for another's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator;

Nevertheless, from October 15, 2019 to October 14:30, 2019, the Defendant installed three parts of GTSWAY meter 3, E, three parts of E, and one set of Nowon-gu offered by Bosing Organization in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, and C, and then sent three of them to the numberless USIM chips, and then sent them to the phone number connected with the above conviction by inserting the three of them into the numberless USM chips.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the employees of the singishing, and mediated the communication of others by using telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators.

2. Anyone who runs a key communications business shall be entitled to run such key communications business;
