Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 300,000 in cash to D, who is a high-speed ex post facto, from the underground location of the building located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and purchased and sold philophones upon delivery of approximately 1.5g of plastic bags from D.

2. The Defendant administered philophones in such a manner that the philophones are overheatedd with approximately 0.05 g of philophones at the time and place described in paragraph 1’s A, less than 0.05 g of philophones, and inhales the smoke.

3. On September 29, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) taken marijuana field cultivated by the victim FF in Gangwon-gun E; (b) taken marijuana from the victim’s arbitrarily to smoke; and (c) taken the victim’s leaves and seeds cultivated at the relevant place in his/her hand in his/her hand; (d) taken the marijuana leaves and seeds at the relevant place in his/her hand; (b) cut it into a brue prepared in advance; and (c) cut it into a brue, and carried it out with a large amount of marijuana equivalent to one of them.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen marijuana at the market price owned by the victim, and possessed the hemp and its seeds for the purpose of smoking marijuana.

4. On October 10, 2016, the Defendant injected a penphone or smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana, which was possessed as above, in the residence of H located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, into the tobacco pipe, and 0.05g of the penphone, 0.05g of the penphone, by spreading it on the part of the Defendant, and attaching a fire, thereby smoking.

5. On November 1, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, in light of around 08:50 on November 1, 2016, approximately 0.5g of marijuana, which he had in possession, in the dwelling space No. 103, 503, an apartment house No. 103, 103, and 503, was put under a tobacco pipe, and smoked in a way that the smoke is inhaled by attaching a fire.
