A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 1989, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the marith Control Act in the Daegu District Court's sexual support on September 8, 1989, for six months and one year of suspended execution.

No person may smoke, or possess for the purpose of smoking, marijuana,

1. On July 17, 2013, at around 17:00 on the date, the hemps were collected from E Park F in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, at around 17:00, in a manner of inhaleing the smoke by attaching 0.5g marith to marith in the events near the axis in the said park around July 17, 2013;

2. Smoking the hemp in a manner of inhaleing, around 17:00 on July 21, 2013, the hemp equivalent to 0.5g of marijuana taken, as described in paragraph (1), at the events near the axis in the above park, and by attaching a math to the paper, the smoke thereof;

3. Smoking the hemp in a manner of inhaleing, around 17:00 on July 25, 2013, the hemp equivalent to 0.5g of marijuana taken, as described in paragraph (1), at the events near the axis in the above park, and by attaching the mathus to the paper, and the smoke thereof;

4. Smoking the hemp in such a way as to inhale the smoke by attaching the horses to the paper, at around 18:00 on August 8, 2013, the equivalent of 0.5g of the hemp taken, as described in paragraph (1), at the events near the axis in the above park, and in such a way as to inhale the smoke by attaching the horses to the paper;

5. On August 11, 2013, at least 17:00, the hemp is smoked in a manner that, at least 3.28g of hemps (at least 3.28g of hemps) were collected from F in the above park; on August 12, 2013, at around 16:00, the hemps amounting to 0.5g of hemps from the above bench to its fench with its horse fat; and

6. Smoking the hemp in a manner that inhales, around 17:00 on August 14, 2013, the hemp equivalent to 0.5g of the hemp taken from F in the above park, as described in paragraph (5), by attaching the malith of the malith in the paper, and in a manner that inhales the smoke;

7. Before August 11, 2013, from F in the above park around 17:00, as described in paragraph 5, the amount equivalent to 2.28ggs and the amount equivalent to 33.3gs of marijuana taken from the above movable between 2.28gs and 18:10 on August 14, 2013 and 18:30 on the same day and at the front parking lot located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
