1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That this judgment shall become final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 04:00 on September 201, 2013, the Defendant discovered and gathered one resident registration certificate lost by the victim C and embezzled one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate. The Defendant acquired and embezzled one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, which is an object of possession. 2) On September 2013, the Defendant discovered one driver’s license of the vehicle lost by the victim D and gathered it.

As such, the Defendant, as the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim, was embezzled by acquiring one copy.

B. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a warehouse door to the first floor of the exhibition hall for the G car located in Switzerland-si, Chuncheon-si; and (b) opened a door to the first floor of the exhibition hall for the G car located in Chuncheon-si; and (c) cited one column for the purpose of camping owned by the victim H.

As such, the Defendant, upon intrusion into the victim’s warehouse, stolen one of the victim’s 3.10,000 won in the market price.

(c) Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju 1) : The Defendant smoked marijuana over nine occasions on December 2, 2014 at the Defendant’s house located in Switzerland around 04:0,00, and around 0.5g (tobacco 1 quantity) of marith tobacco in Category I. The Defendant, including the Defendant, smoked marijuana over nine times in total by not later than March 3, 2015.
