A A shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are members of E (hereinafter referred to as “E”) and were candidates for E-audit conducted on February 25, 2016.

No person shall provide money, goods, entertainment or other property benefits to any executive officer or representative of a local agricultural cooperative, etc., or any institution, organization, or facility established and operated by a cooperative member, his/her family member, or member or a family member thereof, for the purpose of getting him/herself or a specific person elected or

1. Defendant A

A. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant provided G with a cash of KRW 300,00 ( KRW 50,000, KRW 6,000, KRW 100, KRW 500, KRW 500, KRW 100, KRW 500, KRW 500, KRW 50, KRW 500, KRW 1) to G at the same place as above, with the purport to the effect that “the Defendant, at the house of G, who is a representative and member of G, would support himself from the audit election,” and provided G with the volume of raw ginseng 10,00 won at the market price from February 4, 2016 to May 5, 206.

B. On January 2016, 2016, the Defendant provided the amount of five raw ginseng roots equivalent to KRW 40,00 in the market price to I under the same name as the foregoing paragraph (a) at the house of I, a representative and a member of the Ethye, E, Hah-si H, Hah-si.

C. Around January 15, 2016, the Defendant provided 10 p.m. 10 p.m. p.s. f. at the French hospital f.m. in the French Hospital f. J around the king-si around January 15, 2016 to L, a representative and members of E under the same name as the above paragraph (a).

On January 4, 2016, the Defendant offered N to N under the same name as the aforesaid paragraph, at a stable managed by N, a representative, and member, of E in king-si, Sinsi, and from February 4, 2016 to February 5, 2016, at “P” located in king-si from P, Sinsi around 50,00 won in cash (50,000 won, No. 6, No. 2), and at “P” located in king-si from February 4, 2016 to February 5, 2016, the Defendant provided N with the above name of KRW 30,00 won in cash (50,000 won, No. 50, No. 2) and KRW 10
