Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay each of the above fines, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

As a member of each Eagricultural cooperative (hereinafter “EF”), Defendants A was elected, and Defendant B was elected, as a member of the EFF on February 5, 2015.

No person shall provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to a cooperative member, his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by a cooperative member, his/her family member, or a cooperative member or his/her family member, for the purpose of having him/her or a specific person elected or not elected as a local agricultural cooperative member

1. Defendant A

A. On January 2015, the Defendant provided goods to the EF members for the purpose of being elected as a director of the EF, upon requesting the FF to support himself in the election of directors from the village hall located in G at port at port at port around the beginning of January 2015, where the specific date is unknown.
