The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 36,00,000 with 6% per annum from June 7, 2019 to July 30, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 18, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded C (Insurance Policy Number D) with the insurance period as the insured on March 18, 2089.

In the case of “general cancer” under the insurance contract of this case, KRW 20 million after the date of guarantee commencement (including the date following the date when 90 days elapsed, including the insurance contract date; hereinafter the same shall apply), and in the case of “Aboard cancer,” KRW 20,000,000,000,000 for the above general cancer diagnosis expenses when diagnosis is finalized after the date of guarantee commencement, and KRW 20,000,000,000,000 after the date of guarantee commencement.
C. 1) On May 20, 2019, the Plaintiff was diagnosed on May 24, 2019, both sides of the E Hospital as to pre-speaking and cleaning of the Central Afforestation, and on May 24, 2019, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as Gap Hobamamam (Korean Standard Disease Classification Number C73) and Central Gyeongboming (Korean Standard Disease Classification Number C77).
