Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2010, the Defendant sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) in the Changwon District Court's branch support on November 24, 2010, and completed the execution of the said sentence on March

At around 22:00 on August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the starting key of the Epoter truck, the victim, who was parked at the same time, was sticked in a kisp; (b) discovered that the starting key of the Epoter truck, which was the victim’s possession, was sticked in a kisp; and (c) destroyed one truck, the victim’s market value of which is equivalent to KRW 500,00,000, by driving the said truck.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 25, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 22:00, driven the cargo vehicle from around 70 km to the road near the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

B. Around 17:00 on August 26, 2014, the Defendant driven a cargo vehicle at approximately 60km from the front side of the maintenance plant where the trade name in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun is unknown without obtaining a driver’s license, to the front side of the Gyeongsan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, and the front side of the mountain.

C. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 02:00, driven the cargo vehicle from around 50 km to the 544 km-ro, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, Gyeongnam-do.
