Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months at the Changwon District Court for an attempted larceny at night, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 31, 201.

1. On August 30, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the D office located on the sixth floor of the Changwon-si, Changwon-si C building, with the permission of E, the president; (b) confirmed that there was no person; (c) colored stolen objects; and (d) stolen a vehicle with the vehicle keys owned by the victim F, the victim F, in the face of the E’s book.
2. The Defendant stolen the key of the vehicle at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, as described in Paragraph 1, and cut it to the above snova underground parking lot, and found G K7 car owned by the victim F by using the said vehicle’s key, and stolen the vehicle by driving it at the time and at the same time.
[2015 Highest 182] On August 30, 2012, the Defendant driven a G K7 vehicle from the underground parking lot of the building C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the 81-30 km-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongwon-si, Seoul, to the roads near the 81-30 km-si, Gyeongnam-do.

1. A thief: (a) around 11:00 on April 24, 2013, the Defendant entered the “I” office of the Defendant working for the Ha, Nam-gun, U.S., and confirmed that there is no person; (b) and (c) carried out cash of KRW 2.5 million, which is owned by the principal of the said office, 2.5 million in cash, which is owned by the victim J; (d) one credit card, one hand, one hand, and one motor vehicle keys; and (e) drive the said office and stolen the vehicle of KRW 8 million in the market price, which is owned by the victim J., outside the said office.
2. Around 11:00 on April 24, 201, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, driving a K Poter truck with approximately KRW 2 km from the front of the “I” office located in H in the Gyeong-gun, Cheongnam-gun, Busan, to the front of the road.
