Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, around 16:00 on February 27, 2020, driven D 1.5km from the front side of the high-speed office located in the front side of the Hanam-dong, Hanam-gun, without a driver’s license, to the front side of the house of Defendant A, located in C, at approximately 1.5km.

1. Defendant A
A. On May 1, 2020, the Defendant, without a driver’s license on May 1, 202, 202, driven a DNA cargo vehicle at approximately 2.4 km from May 9, 2020 to the front road of the “F funeral home” located in Hadong-gun C without a driver’s license on May 1, 202, again driven a DNA cargo vehicle at approximately 1.3 km from the front road of the Defendant’s home to the front road of the seat of the said Defendant. On May 9, 2020, at around 11:30 on May 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the police was finding the Defendant for the same crime as that of the above paragraph (2) at “J restaurant” located in Ha-dong, Hanam-gun I; and (b) stated to the effect that “it is difficult to punish B, by driving without a license, he was reported to the police; (c) the police would have been driving on behalf of the police; and (d) caused B to escape of the Defendant who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment by having the police officer who was dispatched after receiving a report on the L located in K on the same day at around 15:30 on the same day.”
2. Defendant B, at around 11:30 on May 9, 2020, received a request from Defendant B to the effect that “it is difficult to punish the Defendant reported to the police by driving without a license. It is obvious that the police would have been driving on behalf of the police.” On the same day, Defendant B sent to K upon receiving a report from the L located in K at around 15:30 on the same day.
