A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged the registration number plate of a motor vehicle of NFNF NF Mystathy, the Defendant owned by the Defendant, using a black knife in front of the C office operated by the Defendant in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) attached the forged number plate to the front part of the said motor vehicle; and (c) allowed E, who is aware of the fact, to operate a forged registration number plate up to about 5 KK parking lot of the ice 44, the number plate in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, in front of the said office.

For this purpose, the defendant forged the registration number plate of air hosp, and exercised forged air hosp.

Defendant 1179 of Ulsan District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million on August 27, 2007 by the Ulsan District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), and on May 13, 2008 by the same court on May 13, 2008 (dacting driving), respectively.

Nevertheless, on April 19, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.067% in blood at around 21:00, and D rocketing car from the military base in Ulsan-gu to the 119 Safety Center in the same half-gu Dong in the same Dong-gu.
