A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around April 2017, the defendant held D's seat number plates in the name of the defendant's wife C and held them in custody on the ground that the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province had the automobile tax unpaid from the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

1. No one shall forge the registration number plate of a motor vehicle, if he/she has forged the air, or violated the Automobile Management Act;

On July 22, 2017, the Defendant entered a “D” in the Arain apartment parking lot located in Jeju-si, Jeju-do, 12-gil 2, in a white paint using a ushesheshel in the registration number plate in front of the said ushel.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate of the air, which is the air, for the purpose of exercising.

2. No person shall use any forged motor vehicle registration number plate;

On July 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:00, driven the above mpon vehicle at approximately 1 km from Jeju University Hospital located in the 15th City, Jeju University Hospital, as described in paragraph (1), in the state that the Defendant attached a forged registration number plate, as described in paragraph (1), to the above mpon vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a motor vehicle.
