Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 9, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon Friwon method, etc. on November 27, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on November 27, 2017. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a period of four months on February 3, 2017 due to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon Friwon method Board, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 10, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Defendant A

A. On July 2018, the Defendant 1, a drug of a psychotropic spirit, administered the Megatocop medication 1 (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) by inserting approximately 0.05g gopon in a single-use injection machine, dilution it with water, and injection it into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

2) On July 12, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of philopon in the instant Doel E.

B. On July 12, 2018, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana in metal pipes in the instant DNA telecom, and sprinking the smoke with a fire.

On July 13, 2018, the Defendant provided approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in the one-time injection machine to B around 0.05g around 2018.

On July 13, 2018, the Defendant, at around 15:20 on or around July 13, 2018, keeps a penphone containing approximately 1.45g, 0.16g, strawphones containing a paper lick in a paper lick, 0.0g, 0.04g, 0.32g, marijuana sealed in a paper lick, 0.32g, and 0.7g, 5g, in which the Defendant’s hand on the part of the Defendant, who was in possession of the said lick, divided the lick into a lick container containing approximately 1.19g, and a lick in a paper lick, and kept the lick in a paper lick, five-day, and five-day, lick.6g, in which the lick contained in a plastic bag in a paper lick.
