A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus shall not trade, assist in the sale and purchase of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, manage, prepare, administer, or provide mephones, which are local mental drugs (hereinafter “phiphones”).

A. At around 18:00 as of September 20, 2019, the Defendant, together with B, injected and dilution in a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of philopon in the trade name room in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, for one-use injection, in one-use injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of philopon, and injected it into B, after inserting and dilution it into a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.03 g of philopon, and then injection it into B.

B. On May 31, 2020, around 22:30 on May 31, 2020, the Defendant injected water into a single-use injection instrument containing approximately 0.05 g philopon E, and injected it into one’s own contaminated body after dilution, and melting it into a single-use injection instrument containing approximately 0.03 g of philopon and dilution, and then injected it into B’s contaminated body.

At around 18:00 on June 1, 2020, the Defendant, together with B, injected water into a single-use injection instrument containing approximately 0.05g philopon from the original-si building G of Gangwon-do, and injected it into one’s own contaminated arms, and injected it after dilution into a single-use injection instrument containing approximately 0.03g of philopon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to administer philophones three times.

2. No person who violates the Narcotics Control Act shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats, and shall carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of doing the said act;

A. The Defendant holding marijuana for smoking purposes, from November 18, 2020 to the 20th day of the same month, is about 0.75g of marijuana for the purpose of smoking marijuana in the building plan for the original city in Gangwon-do.
