A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1, 2, and 9 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (narcotics) at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 3, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 7, 2016.

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On July 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 1g of mephones from E, a local mental medicine patient (i.e., a one-time philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which was parked in the front parking lot D near the Daegu City/Gu, Seo-gu, and received approximately 1g of melopphones from E, a transparent plastic medicine drug device in E.

B. On July 28, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine in a philophone room where the trade name in the Gu and U.S. is unknown at night, and dilution with water, and administering philophones in a way of injecting them into the left part.

On July 31, 2017, the Defendant provided a philopon with a single philopon 506 to H, which is located in the Gu, Sinsi F, about 0.13g of philopon, and provided a philopon by putting one philopon into a plastic bag.

(d)

On August 1, 2017, the Defendant, in Daegu-si, Daegu-si, about 16:00, placed Woophones in the passenger room of 205 JW 205 Gu, and sealed approximately 0.54 g in length, and sealed the end as tape, and possessed phiphones.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On August 1, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, after putting it in the passenger parking lot adjacent to the L theater located adjacent to Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, in tobacco, the Defendant smoked marijuana at the end by putting it in tobacco, and attaching a fire at the end.

B. On August 1, 2017, the Defendant possessing marijuana: (a) contains approximately 5.34g gyl chlorides in the guest room located in Daegu-si, Daegu-si, Daegu-si; and (b) contain approximately 5.34g gyl chlorides in the guest room located in the 205-si, Daegu-si, Dong-si.
