1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A: (a) for KRW 345,413,179 and KRW 110,526,00 among them, Defendant A shall be from January 1, 2013; and (b) for KRW 234,87.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff is a construction company and a construction company that newly built and sold G apartment units with a scale of 1,628 units of G apartment units (hereinafter "the apartment units of this case") on a daily unit of 72,182,593 square meters in Incheon Free Economic Zone, and entered into a sales contract with the defendants as to each apartment unit of the above apartment units (hereinafter "the sales contract of this case"), and received each down payment.

According to the above sales contract, the remaining sales price shall be divided into six times of intermediate payment and the remainder, and shall be paid at each payment date (the same as all the defendants).

With respect to each of the apartment units of this case, the Plaintiff entered into a balcony expansion options contract (hereinafter “instant options contract”) with the Defendants and received each down payment as follows.

According to the above options contract, the remainder of the construction cost shall be paid together with the balance of the sale price on the date of designation of occupancy.
