1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 338,450,239 and KRW 108,878,00 among them, Defendant B shall be from January 1, 2013 to May 25, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties is a construction company and a contractor of a new construction and sale of G apartment on the land of 72,182,593 square meters of Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “instant apartment”). The Defendants are the buyers who concluded a sales contract with the Plaintiff for the instant apartment.

B. Sales contract and option construction contract 1) The Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with the Defendants (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) as follows.
