Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The party-related Plaintiff is an executor and a contractor of the business that newly constructs and sells apartment C in Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the Defendant is the buyer of the instant apartment household.
