1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 355,226,143 and KRW 125,796,00 among them, Defendant B shall be from January 1, 2013 to May 27, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. Sales contract and option construction contract 1) The Plaintiff newly constructed the Plaintiff’s apartment in Jung-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

As to the Defendants, the sales contract in question (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendants as follows.

(1) The Defendants: (a) paid the down payment to the Plaintiff on April 1, 2010; (b) No. 1 B 113, 113, 804, 200 on April 7, 2010; (c) 2 C 113, 1104, 328,180,003 D 104, 3104, 3106, 331,540, 400, 3401, 3401, 3401, 206, 331,540,540,000 on December 2, 2009; and (d) the Defendants agreed to pay the down payment to the Plaintiff on December 31, 200; and (e) the intermediate payment to Defendant C 16,000,309,309,309,209,209.

The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in the instant sales contract shall be as follows:

Defendant 15,880,00 won in C, 32,650,650,000 won in 115,880,000 won in 32,650,000 won in 115,880,000 won in 2,000 on December 15, 2011, February 15, 201, 201, the remainder of the 6th part of the 6th part of the second part of the part part of the part part of the part of the part of the part of the second part of the part of the part of the second part of the part of the part of the second part of the part of the part of the second part of the part of the part of the second part of the part (total amount of KRW 195,90,000 in 195,90,00D 32,90,000 won in total (total amount of KRW 197,400,00 in 109,3009).
