1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 341,398,397 and KRW 108,932,00 among them, Defendant B shall be from January 1, 2013 to January 30, 2013.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties is a construction company and a contractor of the business that newly constructs and sells the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the Defendants are the buyers who concluded the sales contract and options construction contract with the Plaintiff regarding the instant apartment.

B. Each contract for sale in lots and option construction contract 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendants conclude each contract for sale in lots with respect to the apartment of this case (hereinafter “each contract for sale in lots”) as shown below [Attachment 1].

(3) On November 4, 200, the Plaintiff agreed to pay KRW 322,650,000 to the Plaintiff each of the instant sales contracts, and KRW 328,180,180,000 on February 10, 2010, KRW 328,180,180,000 on October 328, 2010; KRW 4E 328,180,000 on November 15, 2009; KRW 5,331,540,000 on November 331, 209; KRW 331,540,000 on November 4, 2009; KRW 32,650; and KRW 3650,00 on each of the instant sales contracts; and KRW 360,30,000 after each of the instant sales contracts is paid to the Plaintiff.

The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in each contract for sale in this case are as listed below (attached Table 2).
