Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On November 25, 2013, the Defendant signed D’s name on November 25, 2013, at the Defendant’s operation in the Geum-gu, Busan, the Defendant submitted to the agency a forged application for the purchase of the PG Plux Plux Plux (“D”) one and one copy of “E” in each customer name column of Chapter 1, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the customer address column, “H” in the contact column, “H” in the applicant column, “D” in the applicant column, and “D” in the name, and submitted a forged application for the purchase of the PG Plux to the agency, as if the application were duly established.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised two copies of a written application for subscription to a mobile phone new contract in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On December 2, 2013, around December 2, 2013, the Defendant entered “D”, “H”, “E”, “E”, and “D” in the column of resident registration number column in the name of Chapter 1 of the “T Service New Contract” for the purpose of exercising, and submitted the forged Telecommunication Contract to the SK Telecom (State) purchase agency (State) purchase agency as if the copy of the new Agreement was genuine.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of a mobile phone new contract in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and exercised it.

On December 24, 2013, the Defendant stated “D”, “E”, “E”, and “J” and “E” in the contact column in the name column of the insured under Chapter 1 of the “(State) LG Plus application form” for the purpose of uttering in the above C around December 24, 2013.
