1. On September 12, 2015, the Defendant forged an application form in the name of C and the event of a mobile phone (E), entered the customer information “E” at the mobile phone sales store located in Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, using a see pen, and entered the customer information “E” into the customer name, “C”, “date of birth F.”, and “C” at the address, and signed C in the name following the entry column at the bottom of the application form.
As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of “Olle mobile accession application” in the name of “A”, which is a private document concerning rights and duties without authority, and, on the same day, drafted a forged subscription application in the form of a file, and sent it through e-mail as if the document was duly formed.
2. On May 31, 2016 and around November 7, 2016, the Defendant forged an application form in the name of G and the event of the mobile phone: (a) stated that the information on the subscribers to the application form to be entered by the mobile phone from the mobile phone sales store located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon as the name of the subscriber at the location of the entry; (b) stating that “G”, “date of birth”, and “G”, and “G” was entered in the column of the applicant form at the bottom of the application form; and (c) signed by G on the name next to the name of the applicant form.
Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged two copies of an application for joining mobile phones in the name of G, which is a private document concerning rights and duties without authority. On May 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged the application form for entering the mobile phone in the name of G; (b) drafted a forged application form in the form of a file to an employee in charge of opening the SK Telecom Co., Ltd. who is unaware of the forgery on November 7, 2016; and (c) drafted the forged application form in the form of a file in the form of an electronic mail as if the document was duly formed.
