A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Seized articles 1 through 3, 5 through 42, 48 through 54, 56 through 59, 61 through 64, and 64.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2013, the Defendant conspiredd to transport to the Republic of Korea one Canadian, a Canadian, and a temporary psychotropic drug designated as a temporary psychotropic drug (5F-AKB-48, UR-144, etc.; hereinafter “SphaS”), which was known through SNS, to sell it to the buyers.

In addition, from around that time to December 2013, the Defendant imported marijuana, temporary psychotropic drugs (Article 2 subparag. 3 (a), Methopropathmine (Article 2 subparag. 3 (a)), methoxine (Article 2 subparag. 3 (a)), psychotropic drugs, and psychotropic drugs, EXVone, pendone, penphone, and alp-ppppppppp through the same method.

2. Any person who gives or receives psychotropic drugs or temporary psychotropic drugs shall not give or receive them, and any person other than a person handling narcotics shall not give or receive marijuana;

Nevertheless, around June 2013, the Defendant received spion 5 g temporarily psychotropic drugs from a person who is sexually G, which was sent by the above C, in the vicinity of the Hong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and around October 2013. At the alcohol house near the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around the end of October, 2013, the Defendant issued spion 340-350g temporarily psychotropic drugs from the above C, methoxetine, hythrode rate (Article 2 subparag. 3(a)) 80-90.
