A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell, deliver, receive, or use psychotropic drugs or temporary psychotropic drugs, and any person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall not trade psychotropic drugs (b) Metephopopon; hereinafter referred to as "phiopon"); and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sales point;

A. On July 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased temporary psychotropic drugs (a) from C to C; (b) purchased 5F-KB-48; and (c) requested C to purchase and sell 120,000 won from C on the front of the road located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (c) purchased 1 gram of Sphph 1 gram from C; (b) on September 15, 2013, the Defendant purchased 3 p.m. 5 p. 1 p.m. 20,000 p.m., 30 p.m., 40 p.m., 50 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as “P.m. 5 p.m., 300 p.m., 50 p.m., 200 p.m., 50 p.m., 200 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as “S. 400 p.m.”).

2. Around January 16, 2014, the Defendant received and delivered approximately 0.2g of spices to the above C at a mountain beach located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, for free.

3. When using, the Defendant uses approximately 0.5g of spaws in a way of drinking as soon as possible, using a spaws 1g together with H at the dwelling of the Defendant of Ulsan-gu G and 303, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the Defendant’s dwelling at around 19:0 on July 11, 2013, using a spaws 0.5g in a way of drinking.
