A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall export or import, use, etc. psychotropic substances or other psychotropic substances containing them which might be misused or abused, are not used for medical treatment, lack of safety, and may cause severe physical or psychological dependence when misused or abused them.

1. On April 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at D offices located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, on April 22 and 58, 2014; (b) QUPIC (PB-22); and (c) at PB-2, the name of the goods (“69 Aromasting hub 3g” (hereinafter “PB-2”).

Three orders were issued in total of 660,000 won, and approximately approximately 6.88gg of PB-22 via international mail at the Incheon Central State supply port located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon on April 2014, and approximately 2.90g of PB-21 through international mail at the above Incheon State supply port around 20:10 on April 14, 2014.

2. On April 21, 2014, at around 19:30, the Defendant used approximately 0.5g of PB-22 imported from the above D toilets, as the preceding paragraph, in a manner of inhaleing the smoke by attaching approximately 0.5gs to the newspaper by a rater.
