Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for 3 years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall import temporary psychotropic drugs.

The Defendants were willing to import 5F-UR-144, a temporary psychotropic drug overseas through the Internet site.

Accordingly, on June 13, 2013, Defendant A connected D, a website for sale of narcotics, etc. established in a foreign country, and ordered its operator E to enter the above 5F-UR-144. Defendant B transferred 530,000 won to the account in the name of bank (F) used by the above E as the Defendant informed to Defendant A, and the above E sent approximately 50,000 won to the account in the name of the E bank used by the above E. In accordance with the order of the Defendants around that time, the above 5F-UR-144.58g of U.S. sent approximately 5.58g of the above 5F-UR-14 to the sender G and the addressee A, and had the Plaintiff arrive at the Incheon State’s service located in the Jung-gu Incheon Port on June 13, 2013.

Accordingly, in collusion with the above E, the Defendants imported approximately 5F-UR-144, approximately 5.58g of temporary psychotropic drugs.
