A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. B. On September 20, 2020, from around 02:25 to 02:52 on the same day, the Defendant opened the office windows several times and intruded into the office with cash 2,51,000 won owned by the victim E in his book.

After having intruded into the office through the windows opened as described in paragraph (1), one gold scrap equivalent to KRW 2,500,000, market price of each victim E on the book, and one gold scrap equivalent to the market price of KRW 300,000,000, market price of each victim E on the book, and one gold scrap equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,10,000, market price of KRW 1,100,000, and one gift certificate of KRW 1,1,250,000, and approximately KRW 250,000,000, in Japan.
