A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on December 10, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 4, 2013.

1. 3. No person who violates the telecommunications business Act shall intermediate any other person's communications or provide it for any other person's communications by using telecommunications services provided by the telecommunications business operator.

A. On June 16, 2014, the Defendant opened one cell phone (the phone number: H) at the BT mobile phone agency located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, and opened one cell phone (the phone number) from the Busan-dong, and provided the telecommunications service by the telecommunications business operator to the names in front of the “J” located in the Busan-dong, Busan-dong.
