Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On January 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:44 on January 13, 2020, the victim C, located in Suwon-gu B, Busan, had intruded into the restaurant through the window of the toilet at a place that was not corrected, and (b) had one hand, etc. in cash owned by the victim and 330,000 won and 20,000 won in the market value.

At around 03:00 on January 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door leading to a bank operated by the victim F of the victim F in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) opened a door leading to the bank without correction; (c) intruded into the bank; and (d) cut off the cash amounting to KRW 510,000,00 in the cash amount owned by the victim in the cash terminal located in the front of the bank.

On October 23, 2018, from October 3, 2018 to October 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) came to the “J” office managed by the victim I on the third floor of the H building in Busan Jin-gu; (b) forced opening a locking device to damage the locking device, and intrudes into the office; (c) by destroying the glass door of the president room in the dracker office located in the office; (d) released the locking device into the president room; and (b) continuously invaded the locking device; and (c) the Defendant dracking 2 disease with the market price of 500mL water, which is the victim’s name and influenite owned by the J office.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.
