A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

1. Night theft;

A. 2. On January 2, 2019, around 01:35, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, and attempted to intrude into the victim C’s residence through the second floor entrance, but the entrance door of the location was corrected, and did not commit an attempted crime.

1. On December 30, 2018, at around 00:30 on December 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) came to gather the victim E (n, female, 47 years of age) located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-si; (b) went beyond his/her joint fence, and broken off the door door, which is favorable to the bricks located in the fireproof group.

The defendant continued to release the lock locker and intrudes into the house.
