A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court on January 8, 2014; on October 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least one year and six months; and on October 29, 2015, on September 4, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at night buildings, larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on September 4, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 26, 2017, around 01:45, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the entrance of the victim D in Busan Jin-gu, Busan at the “E operated by the victim D”; (b) obstructed the entrance of the victim D; and (c) invaded into the entrance to the entrance, and stolen the Plaintiff with a face amount of KRW 50,000,000, total amount of the victim’s ownership in the mouth.

B. On December 17, 2017, the Defendant intruded into the instant “E” by the same method as that of the preceding paragraph, and subsequently stolen and stolen the shares owned by the victim of Bagn in the aggregate amount of KRW 70,000,000.

On January 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invadedd a paper box with the entrance of the victim JJ located in the Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, with a 1 stude of 5,000 won in the market price owned by the victim; and (b) stolen it with a 1 stude of 1 tone of 1 tone of 5,000 won in the market price owned by the victim; and (c) cut it with 1 tone of 1 tone of 1 tone of 100 won in the market price.

E. On January 7, 2018, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected at the “N” land sales store operated by the victim M in the Busan Busan Jin-gu L.
