Punishment of the crime

1. On September 19, 2014, around 14:50 on September 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) found a new bank D branch located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; and (b) stated that “A victim E, who is an employee of the Republic of Korea, has met the head of the Kuwon Police Station; (c) the principal is unable to understand the Korean horses well; (d) stated that the Defendant’s pocketbook was left in the civil petition unit in a large amount; and (e) obstructed the victim’s bank management work by force by avoiding disturbances for about 20 minutes, such as marking the Defendant’s pocket.

2. At around 15:10 on September 19, 2014, the Defendant insulting the victim F, a police officer, who was dispatched after having received 112 report on the charge of interference with the above business at the same place as above, called “the victim F, who was a police officer, marks a book to see or see it, should not be made, and the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the earth,” and “the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the earth,” and “the victim,” among five employees of banks, such as the above E, and five customers, should be the victim’s “the victim,” and the Defendant’s pocket book, which was shocked by the victim’s face, was openly insulting the victim.
