A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to his/her on-site illness:

1. Crimes on September 6, 2018

A. Around 10:00 on September 6, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim D (e.g., the victim D (e., the age of 36) who works in the country by force by avoiding disturbance between about 20 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant, without any reason, visited another customer at a “C Bank” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, e.g., taking a large amount of time expenses; and (b) taking a member of the agenda.

B. In the above date, at the above place, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly insulting the victim by stating that “I must see this spath, spath, spath, spathing, and spathing,” the Defendant’s employees and customers of the Gangseo Police Station E District Assistant Victim F (the age of 45) who was sent to the scene after having received 112 report that there was a customer who would be a disturbance at the bank.”

2. On September 20, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on September 20, 2018, on the ground that, around 14:30 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 to the “H restaurant” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G; (b) reported 112 to the effect that he/she wishes to take a pent, and sent to the site; and (c) the circumstances leading up to the E District of the Gangseo-gu Police Station E District (45 years of age) sent to the site by the Defendant’s statement of the Defendant, the Defendant stated that “the gate shall have come to the me, rings, and the police rings shall have come to the me, who are employed

3. The crime committed on October 8, 2018.

A. On October 8, 2018, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) informed at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “C Bank”, a bank employee, who works for the bank in the process of visiting the bank in order to withdraw cash; (b) provided several guidances that the Victim J (W, who is an employee of the bank in the process of withdrawing cash, could not withdraw cash on several occasions due to the lack of identification cards; and (c) obstructed the victim’s banking business by force by avoiding disturbance between about 30 minutes, such as bringing a desire to the victim and taking documents

B. The defendant is fourteen days after the same day.
