A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2017, the defendant of "2017 Highest 5412" sold a mobile phone to the country with the Internet NAV in the non-permanent area of the Gu government around August 17, 2017.

On November 14, 2017, the defendant of "2018 Godan 223" sold NA3 mobilephones to 200,000,000 won on the website of the country of Ninber Internet Kafin in the Balgth of Lgalth of Lgalth of 2017.

After posting a letter on the content, “If 200,000 won is deposited, she would send S3 mobile phones in galloning jum.” to the victim E who reported it.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send a cell phone to the victim even if he did not possess the above cell phone and received money from the victim.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 200,000 won through the Saemaul Treasury account (Account Number G) in the F name of the same day from the victim as the price for the goods on the same day.

In addition, the Defendant, from November 14, 2017 to December 22, 2017, received a total of KRW 1,825,000 from the victims through the aforesaid method 14 times as shown in the attached Table 2 List of Crimes.
