Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement on the following day to the effect that “Fop-up operation of Now 564G Business SK” by accessing the Internet NAV at a non-permanent place and accessing the national website, and that “Fop-up operation of Now 564G SK” was sent to the victim C who reported and contacted this.”
