3. On October 4, 2015, the Defendant sold a medium-sized mobile phone at the Internet “NAV” camera and on the national website.

After posting a letter, "If you send 65,000 won to the victim F (the age of 30) who reported and contacted this, you will send S3 mobile phones when galloning S3 mobile phones.

“A false statement” was made.
