Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who manufactures and processes wholesale business by obtaining a report from the head of Daegu North-gu Office with the trade name of the defendant in Daegu North-gu B, C, and operating food manufacturing and processing wholesale business.

A person who sells, manufactures, or processes livestock products shall indicate the name of the product, type of processed livestock products, volume of products, date of manufacture, date of distribution, names and contents of raw materials, names and contents of ingredients, names and contents of places of business, names of places of business, locations of places of business, nutrition ingredients, indication of cautions, and other matters on packages of each product at the minimum level.

On April 3, 2017, at around 10:45, the Defendant stored swine powder and swine tree batteries in Daegu North-gu B, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for sale in C, without any indication specified in the said indication criteria.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the labelling standard of livestock products by selling or storing for sale livestock products without any marking meeting the labelling standard.
