Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works as the head of the department in Seogu, Daegu, and manages overall affairs, such as orders, distribution, packing, storage, and transportation of livestock products.

1. No person who is engaged in the sales business of livestock products that have passed the distribution deadline shall sell livestock products, or process, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for the purpose of sale, for which the distribution deadline indicated on the relevant livestock products has passed;

Nevertheless, on January 20, 2017, the Defendant indicated “C” freezings where Defendant’s Defendant works as “C” and kept in freezing the amount equivalent to KRW 12 million in total at the market price until November 10, 2016, as KRW 36 percent in the back of the cooling bridge (mashs) of the air condition of KRW 12 million (around November 10, 2016) and kept in freezing.

As a result, the Defendant stored livestock products for sale, the distribution period indicated.

2. A person who engages in the business of selling livestock products in violation of the processing standards for preservation and distribution shall comply with the processing standards for the methods of processing, packaging, preservation and distribution of livestock products and the component standards for the ingredients of livestock products, and shall not sell, store, transport or display such products for sale in breach of such standards;

Nevertheless, on January 20, 2017, the Defendant stored the swine 50 km amounting to KRW 300,000,000 in a total market price where the method of preservation was determined to be kept in freezing at a freezing warehouse.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not comply with the processing standards for the preservation and distribution method of livestock products and stored livestock products for sale purposes.
