In the case of crimes Nos. 1 through 5 of the judgment of the defendant, a fine of KRW 50,00 shall be imposed for the crimes No. 6 of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On September 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months in the Seoggu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court for night-time intrusion, theft, and one year of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 13th of the same month and is currently in the grace period.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 31, 2014, between around 13:00 and 14:00, the Defendant stolen the victim’s E at Cuniversity D reading room located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, with one string 1,00,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession of the victim’s land E, (i.e., the victim’s land).

2. On April 11, 2014, at the Central Library Library of the C Cultural University located in F of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 12:50, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim G’s crehion by holding a sheet of KRW 100,000, KRW 10,000, and KRW 10,000, and KRW 10,000, and KRW 10,000.

3. On May 15, 2014, at the C University H reading room located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant stolen KRW 70,000,00 in cash from the wall of another victim, where the victim I was temporarily locked.

4. Around 14:40 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 15,000 from the wall of another victim, in the access room of the C University of Social Science and Technology University located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) in the access room of the C University of Social Science and Technology University located in the victim J of the victim.

5. On June 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at Cuniversity D’s underground reading room located in the Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant stolen KRW 30,000 in cash from other victim’s wallets by inserting the victim’s wallets in a locking room; and (b) taking 15 minutes of the victim’s wallets in cash from other victim’s wallets.

6. On September 17, 2014, the Defendant cut off KRW 10,000 in cash located in the victim’s inner wallets in the Ma-First floor reading room located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, by taking advantage of the gap in the victim’s N, and thereby cutting down the amount of KRW 10,000 in cash located in the victim’s inner wall.
